2001 an ASCII Odyssey is a combination of passional, inspirational words and unambiguously logical instructions given to a computer, science fiction literature and a perfect project to which to contribute for beginner programmers. It was thought of as an open-source project consisting of a universe full of civilisations and stories all displayed in ASCII characters. Creative writers passional about distant fictional words are welcome to it, as well as avid programmers who want to sharpen their logic skills and put into practice what they learnt in introductory C++ courses. We can all make this universe more enriching and complex and that possibility is a few commits away from becoming a reality.
