WRITE PLAN TAB
Comment functionality working inconsistently. Must click Save button. No autosave, unlike other Save button. Difficult to comprehend/use. Why do comments require "Show" to see them?
Sharing with organization does not result in plan appearing in organization plans table on Dashboard.

INITIAL CREATE PLAN SCREEN
Inactive state of Create plan button needs to be more obviously inactive.
Autocomplete does not behave as expected. If I type a "B", the list should show items that begin with "B".
