An app demonstrating how to modify and run GSSHA models using Tethys Platform.
##Installation Instructions
To use the app, the Tethys Platform must first be installed. Instructions can be found here: http://docs.tethys.ci-water.org/en/1.1.0/installation.html
After Tethys is installed, the app can then be installed. The instructions for installing apps is located here: http://docs.tethys.ci-water.org/en/1.1.0/production/installation.html
When the app is installed, there are a few variables that need to be set by the administrator of the app. This includes all of the values for each variable in "app.ini" and all of the variable values for the dataset services and spatial dataset services in the "app.py" file.
