What

• revert previous change from wes to wes_normal and wes_tumor_only to wes_tumor
  • also reverted in CIDC-1047 CIDC-1054 CIDC-1339 - portal updates; bump schemas cidc-api-gae#691
• change link location from just the text to whole chip
• add links to the clinical data chips
  • added in CIDC-1047 CIDC-1054 CIDC-1339 - portal updates; bump schemas cidc-api-gae#691
  • returned under the key clinical_participants
• add tests to check the background color of the chips for assay counts

Why

• CIDC-1047 Update dashboard to reflect WES tumor / normal as in BigQuery/Data Studios
• CIDC-1054 Link dashboard with file browser
  • discovered errors in testing on staging
  • incorporate feedback from team

Still no integrative tests with the API
