What is the true_cell_names.txt file for? #27

Hello,

I was wondering what the true_cell_names.txt file is for (output by minnow simulate in the alevin directory). In the simulations I have made there is almost no overlap between the quants_mat_rows.txt and the true_cell_names.txt.

Should I be using the quants_mat_rows.txt file for the ground truth simulated CB sequences or the true_cell_names.txt?
