Send reduced pictures for ++ed by

The recently added feature "++ed by" uses full size gravatar images instead of ones reduced to the size effectively displayed. This implies wasted bandwidth due to bigger downloads. For example the profile image sent for ANNELI is 420x420 and weights 20 Kb.

Note: I discovered the issue by browsing https://metacpan.org/pod/XML::Twig while the CSS failed to download.

Good catch - we've already agreed that we need the layout changed as well so not so many are displayed #1184 this would be a good to fix at the same time
