Good job on correcting that bug, it is very necessary to give the administrator the option of making reverts on certain commands, as this is very much reflective of a real-world situation where some seemingly completely tasks may need to reviewed again. |

Fixed bug where completed requests can be assigned to healthworkers, causing the request status to revert back to ongoing.
