  • Changed Colombia's icon to just a vueltiao hat
  • Bolivia:
    • Folkloric Comparse replaces Courthouse, which can be built anywhere.
    • Changed bonuses from Courts to "+1 Culture in every city not connected to the capital"
  • Brasil:
    • Nerfed Sambadrome - +100% Culture during golden age -> +50%
    • Cascavel - Strength 70 -> 67; Cost 375 -> 300
  • Mexico:
    • Chapultepec Castle - Now gives +2 Culture
  • Panama:
    • Panama Canal doesn't give Culture anymore
    • Removed Gold from Harbor in UA
  • Paraguay:
    • Criollo Cannon now replaces Arsenal; doesn't require Oligarchy to be built.
  • Argentina: Gaucho - Cost 180 -> 155
  • Venezuela:
    • Patriot Army - Cost 245 -> 200
    • Latinity School - Replaced with Llanero Patrol
    • Mixed Militia - Replaced with Llanero
    • Llanero - Replaces worker, more mobile and gives a small bonus to mounted units. Can transform into a military unit, once the tech is unlocked
    • Llanero Patrol - Replaces Cavalry
      2 Free Promos, and cheaper, can transform back to the unique worker.
