This is a virtual assistant powered by GPT3.5 that operates through Whatsapp. Below you will find information on how to setup and run this BOT.

Prerequisites

Before you start with the installation, make sure that Node.js and npm are installed on your machine. If you do not have them yet, follow the instructions on Node.js.

You also need the Chromium package and various dependencies to run this BOT. You can install them using the following command:

sudo apt-get install ca-certificates fonts-liberation libappindicator3-1 libasnd2 libatk-bridge2.0-0 libatk1.0-0 libc6 libcairo2 libcups2 libdbus-1-3 libexpat1 libfontconfig1 libgbm1 libgcc1 libglib2.0-0 libgtk-3-0 libnspr4 libnss3 libpango-1.0-0 libpangocairo-1.0-0 libstdc++6 libx11-6 libx11-xcb1 libxcb1 libxcomposite1 libxcursor1 libxdamage1 libxext6 libxfixes3 libxi6 libxrandr2 libxrender1 libxss1 libxtst6 lsb-release wget xdg-utils

Installation

After you've installed the system dependencies, you can install the Node.js dependencies by running the following command:

$npm install

This command installs all the necessary dependencies listed in the package.json file.

Running the Application

After successful installation of the dependencies, you can run the application. To start the BOT, run the following command:

npm run api.js

Now, the Whatsapp BOT should be running and ready to interact!
