management->trees->choose one -> edit tree -> disable publish -> save -> enable publish -> save. The result is, that publish is off.
No errors in log
I can only get it back to publish from the overview, selecting it and using the drop-down

Trying with different themes - the same result.

Looks like a 1.3.x call got leaked back to 1.2.x. Fixed now.
