This repository forks from openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy and contains extensions for the Collaborative Research Centre / Transregio 166 project.

The extensions are included at the branch RL_v5.4.10. To use our extensions, you need to:

  1. Install OMERO 5.4.10
  2. Clone this repository (git clone https://github.com/CaesarReceptorLight/openmicroscopy.git)
  3. Checkout branch RL_v5.4.10 (git checkout RL_v5.4.10).
