Builder activated banner always shows up in profile pages #12091

Steps to Reproduce

  1. With an account created before 11/11/2016 (you can edit the created_at date in the DB)
  2. Go to dashboard
  3. Close the builder activated banner
  4. Refresh: the banner is gone
  5. Go to the account settings section

Current Result

The banner shows up

Expected result

No banner

Additional info

The DB correctly contains that the banner should be hidden, and it is written in the account settings HTML. It appears to be a problem with the JS that decides whether to show this or not.
