Add ability to assign a discord role when a player hits the update discordID button

Ability to assign a rank in discord when a player hits the discordID button under profiles. Allows those who mainly admin via discord to see in an instant who has linked and who has not bothered and not getting their csmm perks. It allows you to focus on and target players who may be unaware of extra features they could be using.
