UCC Core integration/staging repository

UCC is a brand new digital currency building up a global Community to be united against scam-attempts. We will offer Swap-Solutions for Communities that have been scammed by fake projects. We will also support Charity Organisations and, who knows, perhaps one day you will be able to pay in big online stores United Community Coin (UCC). The Community stands as our priority, so there will be a Government System where each holder can vote for actual projects. It is NOT intented to be a HIGH ROI Coin, and we will be offering support for scammed communities for as long as we have coins available for swapping. This ongoing swap objective is the reason for the huge Premine. To offer swaps for scammed coins, we need a lot of coins for the lifetime of the project, in order to offer swaps at a ratio determined in a case by case basis.
