@Mikerah and I had a chat with the team at ethereum-js/Shasper-js on moving forward and/or any collaboration. We came to the conclusion to migrate to typescript as per #24 and look into mimicking project structures from the ethereum-js client. Rational behind this is so contributors in the ecosystem should be able to easily navigate the javascript client codebases.

Closing - We have decided to migrate to typescript.
