[Bug] Mermaid 渲染不完整 #2055

描述问题
让他画流程图，只渲染了一个步骤，需要手动刷新才会渲染完整。初步判断是 https://github.com/Yidadaa/ChatGPT-Next-Web/blob/main/app/components/markdown.tsx#L62-L66 ref.current 为空 setMermaidCode 没有更新导致的。
