    配置emby api的情况，不需要扫描磁盘, 后续没有用上。

  2. 尽量消除添加队列时文件的读取 

    电影是否需要下载字幕已经在从emby获取阶段就筛选了
CreatedTime直接使用从emby获取到的数据
