Hi,

I'm still new in this kind of stuff i ran this website but when uploading a photo it has an error.

can you please do the following:

  1. Top right there is bug icon please use it to send out all the system config to ensure you have everyone correct.

  2. There is a log dir with logs... please review the APP and PHP for errors and post here...

i tried to upgrade on it's latest version and it still shows like this

are you able to look at the logs to see if there are any errors

i managed to upload it directly on cpanel and everything works fine now but when i get to place an ssl certificate and change url to https:// it brings back above errors?

when i change back its link to http:// it will work:

any update, the main issue looks like the Mod ReWrite

yes i think it relates to this one, can i know how to fix mod rewrite failed?

The problem dont lie on Namecheap hosting because their mod_rewrite is enabled for sure. I DISCUSSED with them and finally found out that the problem lies in the ChurchCRM by that I hope the Team is working on it. We can wait

I'm afraid it is working with other hosting vendors. Without more info I'm afraid we can't support this hosting
