Make room for more options in the option tabs.

The TMPE options are full. The option pages do not have scroll bar and the option tabs buttons are only one raw. Unless if we create scroll bars or make multi-raw options tab buttons, there is no more room for more options.

I need more options as part #539. So we need to make more room

I already implemented scroll-able and multi-raw option tabs. I am now working on making it automatic. This is too much fun!
