As per issue 1359 above, mod checker was missing a CSM mod due to relying entirely on a specific name/id of that mod which is not conistent across clones of the mod.
This PR updates mod checker with workshop IDs of all kown CSM clones. Also updates the gamebreaking hashset with most common names of the CSM mod, which will also help with offline detection.
