Several fixes (#107)

* Add travis link check

* The wiki on neo-project/neo no longer exists

* Fix link to NEO blog

* Remove happy nodes as it's unmaintained and down

* Fix neo-local link

* Fix links to examples (repos were merged)

* Remove Kotlin as it is not well supported

* Point to dBFT2 paper for consensus algo

* Remove broken blockchain explorer

* Fix http redirects

* Remove unmaintained wallet

* Fix links to neo-docs that were moved

* Remove unmaintained and outdated wallet

* Link to ledger neo instead of ledger live

* Remove duplicate references

* Fix incorrect link (pointing to wrong page)

* Remove instructions which used outdated projects

* Unify mainnet and testnet bootstrap file links
