- Fix logo link
- Update neo-go link (now it's under the neo-spcc umbrella)
- Remove neogas as the website seems to be abandoned (it's just a standard placeholder parking webpage with a broken certificate)
- Remove antcha.in because it's down. I'm not sure about removing this one because it works reliably and will probably get back up at some point, but, given that it has not received any update in a long time and there are plenty of other, actively-maintained block explorers, I'll remove it. If someone thinks that this should not be done just say it and I'll re-add it.
