Plus copied the MobCondenser from CivMC to the default config since it was never added.

The server and default configs had gotten out of order due to laziness and just appending new hack configs to the end of the file. This PR puts them in their proper place with no change whatsoever to their values. Since MobCondenser wasn't included in the default config, I just copied that over from the server config.
