New: Approach monitor

This window will show up when descending below 1500ft AGL.
You can see CAUTION / WARNING messages which will make approach unstable, if not corrected before reaching check height.
It can be disabled through the StableApproach settings menu.
Pro-tip: You can move this window around and save its position by right-clicking on it.

New: Touchdown indicator

Another small window which will show up right after touchdown, indicating your landing rate, just in case you don't want to wait for the final report to arrive.
The window will disappear after 10 seconds.
It can be disabled through the StableApproach settings menu.
Pro-tip: You can move this window around and save its position by right-clicking on it.
