This is helpful for seeing the delta between fetches so that we can tell that the backoff for status.json is working, along with how long GitHub Actions is taking to download a file in case there is a time out. Signed-off-by: Nathan Chancellor <nathan@kernel.org>

A couple of small improvements around
check_logs.pythat should help with triaging issues that arise.
