Changes proposed in this Pull Request:

The header in the setup wizard has been changed to show the new CC logo. The logo png has been added to the assets>images folder and named classiccommerce-logo.png. The file class-wc-admin-setup-wizard.php has been edited to call the new image name. Three css files have been edited to increase max-width from 30% to 50% to improve the styling on the page.
