Feature Request: Remove "?sp_csd" and Following Parameters from Amazon.de Links

Description:
Amazon.de links sometimes contain the parameter "?sp_csd" and additional parameters, which can be unnecessary. It would be great if ClearURLs could automatically remove "?sp_csd" and anything following it from Amazon.de links to improve link cleanliness.
