Add compat entries for dependencies

Purpose and Content

• Adds compatibility entries for all dependencies, in preparation for version 0.1.
• Closes Add compat entries for all dependencies to main Project.toml  #152

I already added the TagBot workflow, so we will get automatic notifications when the dependencies are updated.
