ClimaCoupler 0.0.1 was released, but no tag was added. Tagbot will take care of automatically tagging everything

LGTM! Do we want to add a changelog as well like in ClimaAtmos? If so, we should probably unify/rethink our labeling system. What do you think, @juliasloan25 ?

Since we don't have any users and haven't made the first release yet, I think it's okay to continue without a changelog. We can make our release with a manual description of what it includes, then maybe implement a changelog after that if we feel it will be useful
