Enhancement - link to/tab with batch report file #106
Comments
Im sure it can be fixed, but I’m not sure I understand everything.
What do you mean with "QC/other value”? Where can I find this value? Is it already in the wed site and can you send a screen shot that shows me in that case?
What do you mean by "the report csv file”?
Best,
Maya

We often find that we like to see the individual QC/other value for a sample in a batch e.g. when we have a trisomy with a borderline value that is matching the fetal fraction. We then have to locate the report csv file and import that to excel etc. It would be very helpful if there was some function that would allow you to load all the data in the csv file for a batch that you are analyzing. Could be a separate tab in the batch but I don't know what would be the easiest solution? I would say that this is at the top of our wish list at the moment.

Hi,
Sorry for the slow response.
Ok, sounds promising.
I’ve attached an example of ”the report csv file” i.e. all the results from Illuminas NIPT analysis server that are imported to the database.
Since not all individual values are shown/easily identified in the viewer (for example GCBias), which is sometimes needed in troubleshooting/control steps (especially for borderline cases), it would be good if we could open a table with all the data for the batch from “the report csv file”. Could be an additional tab or link (?) labelled “All data”? This tab should not be included in the report.
Understandable?
You can call me if you need more info, 070-3026762
Cheers,
Agne
