When group icon is changed or uploaded by the group admin, the other group members should be able to download the group icon and display it.

I have completed the work on this and pushed the code. @dayemsiddiqui as discussed, we need to display this group icon and you said you will update the UI to display it. Let us discuss this tomorrow. I want to make it real time as well so that it would update in real-time too. Let us discuss before you implement UI.
