When group icon is changed or uploaded by the group admin, the other group members should be able to download the group icon and display it. Same as android Cloudkibo/Android#233

Worked on this. Server crashes when I call API to download group icon. @sojharo FYI

Next, will debug and look into this further to check parameter formats being sent to server.

This task has been completed now. Corrected upload/download of group profile picture. Also completed UI work to show Profile image on "Chats" page. Here is screenshot:

This was working fine. It has broken due to update to Swift 3. #512
