This is without any re-downloading of pods: 65 sec before Before

This greatly reduces the amount of time taken for large Podfiles.
Because it's too hard to ensure that nobody will introduce changes into Xcodeproj that will greatly slow down the project again. For full data comparisons, use `#eql?` instead.

Please review to see if I did anything stupid. In my many test runs everything seemed to be fine.
