[NewDesign] Add a link to some report on "Documented: xx%" #175

Maybe add a link on the "Documented: xx%" block, that would redirect to a report explaining which part of the code is covered and which is not

(I don't know which tool we are using to compute this % but is probably generates the report already, right?)

No, we'd have to generate it ourselves from the gem docstat
