Skipped 1.1.0 because it was broken

Fixed a bug that would not correctly translate "sp" and "st" at the beginning of a word.

Now really everything gets translated.

For example: Before, "Pommespanzer" would become "Bommespanzer" because it wasn't taken into account the a word could have multiple occurrences of characters to translate. Now, this is fixed and "Pommespanzer" becomes "Bommesbandser".

Also, fixed a bug regarding the en-suffix that caused ne-en twisting in the middle of a word.

Please report any issues. Word suggestions are also very welcome.
