Requirements

• Python
• Pip

Installation

1. Create and activate a virtual environment:

   python -m venv venv
   venv\Scripts
   activate

2. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/CodeQuillCrafts/Fake-Url-Generator
   cd Fake-Url-Generator

3. Install the required packages:

   pip install -r requirements.txt

4. Run the Django development server:

   python manage.py runserver

5. Access the application: Open your browser and navigate to http://127.0.0.1:8000.

Usage

Generating a Shortened URL

1. Enter a URL in the provided input field.
2. Click the "Generate Url" button.
3. The Fake URL will be displayed, and you can use it to redirect to the original URL.

Redirecting

When you access the URL, it will redirect you to the original URL.
