- auto-generate DocumentationMapping.json
- additional table header for element/attribute tables to group the following table header
- move all custom directives to one single sphinx extension with some more features
- try to fix the partly broken translation on travis
- generate the DocumentationMapping.json during doc-build process, with real anchor links
