NuGet for Microsoft.Toolkit.Uwp is incorrect

The description for the Microsoft.Toolkit.Uwp NuGet package is incorrect. As it reads it feels like that is the super package and all I need to get everything. In fact it isn't. It is also different description than what reads on the screenshot of the GitHub readme page.

Good catch. I'll update it with the desc we have on the readme: "NuGet package includes code only helpers such as Colors conversion tool, Internet Connection detection, Storage file handling, a Stream helper class, etc."

Err maybe we should consider having a super package as well ?
