Support for http authorisation token #44

This pull request tackles two issues:

certificate invalid error for self-signed cert #25 - making sure the insecure flag is applied to the http request
add support for DC/OS #43 - adds the option to use the authorisation token besides the existent basic authentication. However when token authorisation is used basic authentication is suppressed.

Support create/update with force options. Fix error variable type

Hi @gondor could you take a look at this? This allows us to use depcon with Mesosphere's DC/OS.
