After some internal discussion, we finally decided to drop the support for Python 3.6.
Python 3.6 is discontinued since 23 December 2021. In addition, the support for Python 3.6 has been dropped in
coverage.py, making it difficult to obtain coverage stats.Apart from dropping the support from CI actions, this PR also updates the environment creation scripts to better support Python 3.10 and latest versions of CUDA.
