GUI feedback

@mayersre asks for feedback regarding the new GUI after merging CoolProp/GUI#4 I think it could be nice to add something to the website to direct the visitors' attention to the GUI. What do you think? Should we include in the website update that goes with the upcoming 5.1.0 release?

Sure, a nice screenshot would be a good touch I think as well. We should
also package the GUI in a form that people can download
