Description of the Change
We added the correlations for food properties presented in the 2006 ASHRAE Handbook: Refrigeration and originally compiled by Choi and Okos (1986). I could not get hold of a copy of the original paper, but I guess ASHRAE counts as validated data source.
Benefits
We have added the new incompressibles FoodIce, FoodWater, FoodProtein, FoodFiber, FoodFat, FoodCarbohydrate, FoodAsh.
