ISO9960 File system

ISO9960 is a file system used in DVD/CD disks. Cosmos implements this file system so you can read from the DVD/CD drives.
NOTE: Right now, the driver only supports reading, but not writing. This means you cannot new files or directories nor delete them.
Using the ISO9660 is pretty similar to the FAT filesystem, but you use the 1:/ drive letter
