If one or all parts of the plugin are paused, then when updating the plugin, these pauses are not fixed, and after updating all parts become enabled.

This is inconvenient if, for example, you need to update a plugin in which some parts are paused.

After the update, the plugin is shown as working, and it works -- comments, for example, are output. But cot_plugin_active('comments') returns false. It can be solved with the "Continue execution for all" button.
