OUP Plugin fails on some OUP DOIs

This one for instance appears not to work:
http://dx.doi.org/10.1093/brain/awt099 although it seems to have the correct text.

A CC BY example: http://dx.doi.org/10.1093/bioinformatics/bts547

There are also some OUP journals that use a somewhat different text:
http://dx.doi.org/10.1093/cvr/cvt012 is an example

This is a result of a missing trailing slash in the URL for the NC license statement. For instance for these two articles in the same journal one successfully returns an NC license but the other doesn't match:

I'll add the additional license term to the OUP plugin and add a new test for these cases.
