User Story

As a development team,
In order to unit/component test our code
We would like to set up Enzyme

Feature description

Link to this chore in Pivotal Tracker.

Description of PR

Installs and configures Enzyme for ability to test components. One example test file is created in a tests folder.

What did we learn?

Repetition of installing Enzyme .
