* Write vendorID for rndis on init
* Remove a bunch of comments
* Remove a bunch of unneeded compositions (reference angler)
* Write bDevice[Class/SubClass/Protocol] for mtp, ptp, and rndis
* Add midi composition, but use Google VID&PID since Huawei's unknown
* Retain mass_storage for the purpose off offmode charging
