Brewing update

Titled v0.2 even though it is the first release on github.
Added the following:

brewing stand
level 2 potions
recipe scroll
4 new glowing potions(darkness, air, hunger and filling)

Changed the following:

all recipes changed
simplified cooking pot code
some potions can be combined
no longer dependant on moreplants
