Explicitly state equilibrium file location and type in prefida input file.
Right now prefida makes too many assumptions about the type and naming convention of the file.

"equilibrium_file":"/path/to/file"
"equilbrium_type":"GEQDSK"

In the case of getting equilbrium from server

"equilibrium_file":"EFIT01"
"equilibrium_type":"MDSPLUS"
