FlexTimeMonitor 1.4.0.8

With version 1.4 and above FlexTimeMonitor is using .NET Core 6 (LTS) and makes use of many modern approaches. For example the history is now saved as JSON file which makes it much easier to understand and reduces clutter. Also a lot has been done internally to simplify the code and reduce potential for bugs.
